In all cases, the User will receive, through the same communication channel, an immediate confirmation of receipt of their demand, which will be treated and answered within a maximum period of 5 (five) days. In addition, A-AURORA makes available on this site a FAQ section (Frequently Asked Questions), as well as its other policies: Exchange and Returns Policy, and, finally, the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Site. All of these documents can be consulted online or downloaded by users in PDF format for offline consultation and archiving.

A-AURORA takes all necessary measures to protect the User's privacy, in compliance with the legislation in force. This document details the forms of collection, storage, use, sharing and disclosure of your personal data, as well as clearly outlines the measures taken to ensure the protection of the collected data.   

  1. Collection, use and storage of data

Data collection: Access Account. In order to create an Access Account on the Site, the User must complete a registration, which can vary in complexity according to the operations he intends to do. In this way, a simple registration consisting of email address and zip code will be required to send advertising and promotional messages to the User about A-AURORA's products, services, promotions and / or news. A basic Access Account may be made by the User at any time, for enrollment in courses, for example, by filling in a form containing full name, e-mail address, telephone number, zip code, gender, identity document, CPF and creating a password. To perform Purchases, the User must create a complete Access Account, providing full name, e-mail address, telephone number, CPF, complete address (state, city, neighborhood, street, number, complement, extra information).
The data provided by the Users will be stored and used by A-AURORA, by itself or by third parties hired by it, to provide the products of the Site, carry out commercial transactions, process payments related to them, share data, send e-mails of offers , products, services and marketing campaigns, store the history of products viewed, promote retargeting campaigns, personalize pages on the Site, check bank details to prevent fraud (data will not be stored) and make deliveries and returns. The data may be shared with third parties hired by A-AURORA under the terms of this Policy, noting that the creation of each Access Account or any registration on the Site, for which it is necessary to send any personal data of the User, presupposes the express consent regarding the collection, use, storage and treatment of personal data. The User is responsible, in the civil and criminal spheres, for the veracity and updating of the data provided (including personal data) and A-AURORA disclaims any liability for damages resulting from the incomplete, inaccurate or inaccurate registration of the User, under any means or form, or, even, by the use of this registration in an improper way by any third party not authorized to use such data or, still, by third parties who have, duly or improperly, obtained the User's data for access on the Site, acting as if he was.

Use of data Other forms. In addition to the forms set out above, A-Aurora may, at its sole discretion, use the User's personal data in the following ways: (i) update of registration; (ii) ensuring User security; (iii) responding to requests from the User; (iv) information about changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use or Policies; (v) preparation of statistics regarding the use of the Site, guaranteeing the anonymity of the User, including for the purpose of improving and understanding the profile of Users to improve the Site; (vi) improvement of interactivity tools between the Site and the User, guaranteeing their anonymity; (vii) compliance with court orders; and (viii) defense of the rights of A-Aurora against the User in judicial or administrative proceedings.

Data storage. A-AURORA will keep all the data collected in its protected and secure databases. Such data will be accessed only by automated computerized processes, authorized professionals and in the cases listed in this Policy. In case the User requests the deletion of his data from the database, A-Aurora reserves the right to keep the data in question in backup copies for up to 6 (six) months, in order to fulfill obligations mandatory custody rules.   

  1. Sharing and disclosure of data

A-AURORA has the confidentiality of the User's personal data as a priority in its business. Thus, it undertakes not to disclose, share, give access to, facilitate access to, rent, sell, exchange or in any other way make such information available to third parties, under no pretext, except in cases expressly authorized by the User, including in cases indicated below. For the sole purpose of allowing Purchases to be made on the Site, A-AURORA may share personal data of Users with its business partners, such as payment processing companies, credit card administrators and carriers. In this case, only the personal data essential for A-AURORA's commercial partner to carry out its activity (collection, delivery, etc.) will be shared. In addition, such commercial partners will be obliged, through confidentiality contracts, not to archive, keep on file, compile, copy, reproduce or share such data with anyone. The other possibility of disclosing personal data is through a court order. Also in this case, the disclosure will occur only to the extent necessary to comply with the judicial determination, and data not required by the authority in question will remain confidential.

  1. Data transmitted without A-AURORA request

A-AURORA's request A-AURORA asks the User not to send A-AURORA any commercial information, personal creations, ideas, photographs, projects, concepts, etc. (Unsolicited Content).
Such Unsolicited Content will be summarily discarded, without any reading or incorporation into A-AURORA's databases. Under the terms of the Copyright Law, ideas, abstract conceptions, projects, plans and schemes are not susceptible to protection in Brazil. Thus, the eventual use by A-AURORA of any Unsolicited Content will be due to internal and independent development and may occur freely, with no authorization or compensation due to the user or consumer. A-AURORA independently develops all its policies and activities, rejecting any accusations or allegations of the use of Unsolicited Content.

  1. Security measures   

Technological resources. A-AURORA adopts advanced technological resources to guarantee the security of all personal data collected and stored. Not even A-AURORA employees have free access to the Users' database, which is limited only to those whose functions require contact with personal data. Among the security measures implemented are the use of modern forms of encryption and the installation of barriers against improper access to the database (firewalls). Such measures can be verified by the User accessing the Site by viewing the "security lock" in his internet browser.

Password Secrecy. A-AURORA recommends that the User maintain his/her password under complete confidentiality, avoiding its disclosure to third parties. A-AURORA shall never ask the User to inform his/her/its password outside the Website, by phone, e-mail or any other means of communication. The User's password shall be used exclusively when accessing the User's Account on the Website. Should the User suspect that his/her password has been exposed to third parties, A-AURORA recommends the immediate replacement of the password.

Suspicious E-mails. A-AURORA sends the User only e-mails with advertising messages, divulging products and services or updating information. A-AURORA does not send messages (i) requesting the User's personal data; (ii) requesting the User's password or financial data; (iii) with attached files except for PDF documents; or (iv) with links for downloading files. Credit cards. A-AURORA does not store the User's financial information in its database, such as information related to credit cards. The payment approval procedure takes place between the User, the banks and the card companies without the intervention of the A-AURORA.

Impossibility of accountability. Despite A-AURORA's greatest efforts, the current stage of technology does not allow for the creation of an absolutely secure database against attacks. Therefore, A-AURORA is exempt from any liability for damages eventually caused by third parties, including invasions of the website or database, viruses or information leaks, unless the exclusive fault of A-AURORA is proven.

  1. People's rights over the data collected

A-AURORA allows the User to make different types of registration, containing more or less information according to their own purpose on the Site. Thus, the User has the possibility of choosing the form of registration, filling it in with true and updated information. The User declares to be the legitimate owner of his/her personal data and may, at any time, use the tools of the Site to edit, update or preventively remove them from our database. A-AURORA shall keep the data preventively removed in secrecy for a period of six months, in order to meet the legal obligations of obligatory keeping, discarding them definitively after such period.

A-AURORA also provides tools for the User to determine some uses of his/her personal data, such as the authorization to send advertising pieces.   

  1. Use of data in case of change in A-AURORA's control

The data collected may eventually be transferred to a third party in the event of a change in control, an acquisition, merger or sale of A-AURORA assets by any means or form.

The Site is not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18). However, access to the Site is not prohibited to minors, as there is no age restricted content. The forms and questionnaires on the A-AURORA website are not intended to obtain data from minors.
