Product Exchange and Return Policy
for E-commerce

The Product Exchange and Return Policy below constitutes an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use.   

  1. Identification   

This website is owned, maintained, and operated by A-AURORA, with its adress at: Rua Caetano de Almeida, 22 under no. 20.272.375 / 0001-18, with State Registration No. 87.381.390.

Should the User require any information, clarification or assistance regarding this Product Exchange and Return Policy, we at A-AURORA provide the telephone number +55 21 3369-7059 or +55 21 2458-8149 to receive all communications the User wishes to make.

  1. Returns due to Client's repentance (within the legal term)   

In case the Customer regrets a purchase made on the Website, he may inform us at A-AURORA through +55 21 98172-8003 and request the return of the product and the cancellation of the purchase.
The Customer will have 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the Product, to inform his repentance.
If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the Customer may exercise his right of repentance until the first subsequent business day. The exercise of the right of repentance will be processed as follows:

4.1. Contact +55 21 98172-8003.

To exercise his legal right of repentance, the Customer must contact +55 21 98172-8003 of the A-AURORA trademark in order to request cancellation of the Purchase. It is important that the Customer informs in this contact the number of the invoice and the full name of the Product, besides confirming his personal data.

4.2. Sending the product to A-AURORA.

The Customer will have two options to return the product by and trade or deliver it to any physical store that we are in partnership with the respective purchase invoice.
In this case, just ask +55 21 98172-8003 or +55 21 3369-7059 for a postage code and communicate it to the Post Office at the time of shipment.
Exceptionally, A-AURORA may, at its sole discretion, remove the Product at a place indicated by the Customer, upon prior scheduling.

4.3. Product conditions.

Upon receiving the Product, A-AURORA will verify that it is in proper conditions, i.e., if: (i) it is in its original packaging, with all manuals, warranty certificates, parts and accessories; and (ii) it is without signs of testing, testing or use.

4.4. Negative of repentance.

If the Product is not in proper condition as described above, A-AURORA will notify the Customer to inform that the right to repent shall not be exercised, and the Customer shall withdraw the Product in question or bear the freight costs for new delivery of the Product.

4.5. Return of the amounts paid.

If the Product is in proper condition, A-AURORA will notify the Customer that it has accepted the returned Product and will arrange for the full refund of the amounts paid by the Customer for the purchase of the Product, including the price and freight costs. If the repentance occurs with regard to only one of the items purchased or some Products contained in an order, the return of freight costs will be proportional. The return of payments made by credit card will be made by reversing the launch, to be requested by A-AURORA to the administrator of the card used in a maximum of 72 (seventy-two) hours after acceptance and validation of the conditions of the returned product. The deadline for the reversal is the sole responsibility of the card administrator and will be carried out in accordance with the rules and conditions of this company.   

  1. Returns due to Client's repentance (outside the legal term)   

In addition to the 7 (seven) days provided for in the (National) Consumer Defense Code, A-AURORA also allows the cancellation of purchases within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product. In this case, all the conditions indicated in item 4 above are applicable, however the Customer shall bear the costs of shipping the Product to A-AURORA, either by presenting himself in person at a physical store, or by sending the Product by post.   

  1. Return or Exchange by defect in the product (within seven days)   

If the Product purchased on the Site presents any defect or malfunction, the Customer may request its return or exchange by calling +5521 2458-8149 or +55 21 98172-8003 and the Customer will have 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to inform the existence of the defect and request the exchange or return. If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the Customer may report the existence of the defect until the first subsequent business day. The analysis of the exchange or return request will be processed as follows:

6.1. Contact A-AURORA at +55 21 98172-8003 or send an e-mail contato@a-aurora.com in order to report the existence of the defect.
It is important that the Customer informs in this contact the number of the invoice, the full name of the Product and the presented defect, besides confirming his personal data.

6.2. Sending the Product to A-AURORA.

The Customer shall have two options for returning the product to A-AURORA: (a) delivering it to any physical store in partnership with the respective purchase invoice; or, (b) sending it to A-AURORA by mail.
In this case, just ask at +55 21 981728003 for a postage code and communicate it to the Post Office at the time of sending. Exceptionally, A-AURORA may, at its sole discretion, remove the Product at a place indicated by the Customer, subject to prior scheduling.

6.3. Product conditions.

Upon receiving the Product, A-AURORA will verify its conditions: (i) the product must be in its original packaging, with all manuals, warranty certificates, parts and accessories; (ii) the defect presented must correspond to the description made by the Customer; and (iii) the product must have no signs of misuse by the Customer.

6.4. Negative of the exchange or return.

If the Product does not meet the conditions for exchange or return, the company will notify the Consumer to withdraw the Product in question or to bear the shipping costs for new delivery of the Product.

6.5. Acceptance of exchange or return.

If the Product is in proper conditions, A-AURORA will notify the Customer of the acceptance and validation of the conditions of the returned product and will allow the Customer to opt for (i) sending an identical product, of the same brand, line, model and version, without any additional cost or (ii) issuing a Purchase Voucher in the total amount of the payment made by the Customer (including product price and freight) for use in future purchases at any A-AURORA physical store or for telesales. In case of unavailability of the Product to be exchanged, the Customer may choose: (i) by crediting the total amount of the payment (including product price and freight) for use in future purchases; (ii) for immediate exchange for any Product available at A-AURORA with compensation in case of difference in price; (iii) for the return of the product value, pursuant to item 4.5 above.  

  1. Return or Exchange by defect in the product (after more than seven days)  

After the period of 7 (seven) days for return or exchange of defective product directly by A-AURORA, the Customer must use the warranty provided by the manufacturer, under the terms of the warranty certificate that accompanies the Product and with support in the original invoice. In any case, +55 21 33697059 will assist the Customer in locating the manufacturers' technical assistance services.
